Hello! Welcome to the #GregGang. I totally agree with @Swavvvv and plus keep it in the sun, it looks elongated like it's been reaching for the sun. And more sun will help the soil dry out! It is a succulent and it stores water in its leaves. Hope this helps!! 🦋🪴🌵🏜 @

Dont water it until the soil drys out. So that roots don't rot ...  i can tell its been sitting in water because the tip of the leaves are yellowing. Do not water until the soil dries up .

Monitor it for signs of root rot, especially if the leaves are soft/squishy 😓 hopefully everything turns out alright!
