Hi @SinewyPyrethrum π These are very slow growers, so you are probably not doing anything wrong! It looks like you have the birds-nest variety, they also stay quite small.
Maybe wash of her leaves a little with a soft cloth to promote photosynthesis. And make sure the pot has drainage so it doesn't stand in excess water.
Also if it is true it is getting lots of direct sunlight you might want to move it into more bright indirect lightπ
I have one of the same colors too. Hard to see any growth during the last 7 months, but the pups in the back have grown just a littleπ.
I also have an all-green variety, which seems to grow a little faster.

@MockingJay I'm not entirely sure about the exact amount of sunlight she's getting, but I've considered marking the area with a chalk outline to monitor it better. She's currently on my back porch, where she mainly receives morning sun and a bit of evening sun, though some shelves partially block the direct light. She's been in this spot since I got her, and thankfully, I haven't noticed any signs of bacteria from her previous pot. I've already repotted her into a pot with better drainage.
To give you some background, I had two other similar plants. Unfortunately, one didn't make it through the freeze we had here in Florida, and the other deteriorated in my bathroom. That's when I decided to move her to a different location and back outside, especially now that the weather is improving.

@SinewyPyrethrum I don't have any experience with having them outside. But I guess, if the temperatures are a little low, that will also contribute to slower growing. But with weather improving, so should the growthπ
