Somehow my flytrap hasn’t had water for who knows how lon...

I gave him a good drink as soon as I noticed. Is there any saving him? Edit I don’t see any new growth so that’s really not a good sign #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #VenusFlyTrap #CarnivorousPlants #CarnivorousClub

I’m not a pro with these, but I know they need distilled water and they like to sit in it, so set the pot in a tray and keep a layer of water in the tray. I’d pinch off any leaves that are completely dead, then wait and hope for new growth 🤞🏻

As long as the rhizome is healthy underneath, even if you lose all the traps, you should get back new growth. I'm hoping you're good but you'll know soon, just keep it sitting in water. :)
