It’s not looking great. At this point, I would chop it all the way back. Give it some sun and wait and see! Don’t overwater it while it doesn’t have any leaves to photosynthesize and use up that water. Sorry this happened! Is it indeed a birkin?
@AngelicPignut36 I’m not sure that plant can be saved as Deb @MamaLinne has said. It looks pretty dried out. I would message the seller and request a refund or replacement. I’m not sure where you ordered from but most Etsy shops I’ve purchased from have been really great about making it right when plants arrive dead. I’ve gotten most either replaced, refunded or received a purchase credit for another plant. If you can’t get the seller to refund then I’d file a claim with the mail service provider especially if they did not notify you there was a package. Most plants packages are identified with labels and warnings that it’s a live plant. If that plant is indeed a Birkin, I have one I can send you if the company doesn’t fix it. It’s a baby that broke off when repotting one of my larger ones. I already have two Birkins so I’d be happy to send this little one to you.
