Any suggestion as to how to treat this problem. My guess ...

Is the damage isolated to the flower, or is it on the leaves as well? If it's just the bloom, it isn't a nutrient deficiencyβ€”it's just the normal aging process of flowers, which aren't leaves but temporary reproductive structures. Eventually they start to wither and turn brown as they die off. You can remove it now, or wait till it's more brown than pink. Flowering requires a lot of energy, so plants can't constantly produce blooms. If they did, they wouldn't have enough energy for root and leaf growth πŸ˜‰
Some of the leaves had browning but I snipped them off. It does have many healthy leaves of various sizes so I’m hopeful he’ll survive. Thank you for your advice.
@TheNextCameron were the leaves completely brown and dried out? If there's more green than brown, it's best to leave them attached to the plant. As long as there's green, the leaf can still photosynthesize and provide energy for the plant πŸ€“
@TheNextCameron honestly, from what I can see in the photo, your plant looks very healthy. Since the blooms are dying off, I'd go ahead and snip them so the plant can refocus its energy on foliage. But I really wouldn't worry about it not surviving. You've got a perfectly healthy plant πŸͺ΄ πŸ‘
Thank you Steph. He already has perked up, since this morning when I groomed and watered him.
