Greg shop

I have a gift card for the Greg shop, but I don’t have access to the shop itself yet.. is there any way to gain access quicker other than to purchase a subscription? 😅 #GregPlantShop #help #GregGang #NewPlantMom

Haha, email them real quick! concierge@greg.app They probably aren’t at work right now, but I’ll bet they open the shop for you first thing. When I emailed to ask about it because I never moved up the ‘waitlist’ they opened the shop 5 min after my inquiry 😅

@DreamMachine I have emailed them a couple of times and they don’t respond :( I think something about my email account gets flagged as spam because this happens regularly with a lot of different people. I’m trying with my second email account at the moment so hopefully it works now

Literally been waitlisted for over a year despite having a subscription. I got a push notification in the first month or so about the shop being open to me but I was always still waitlisted in the app, and I mentioned it to support at some point and it was not addressed. I would rather just buy plants elsewhere 🙃
