@PlantyPlanter the somewhat yellowing, translucent leaves and they’re wilted. It could be that the soil was retaining too much moisture and stuff grew on it

@PlantyPlanter yes, even props can get overwatered! If you put it in water and it’s able to suck up moisture, even the littlest of moisture can affect it!

@PlantyPlanter Yes it may be affecting the growth.  Honestly don’t know what to do but all I can advice is you let it dry between waterings a lil

I agree with @kscape usually mold is a pretty good indication of too much water and that letting the soil dry out may help

I noticed Clippy is in a pot without drainage. I suggest repotting in a pot with drainage.
