It looks like your False Aralia is reacting to being repotted into a pot without drainage. These guys are super sensitive to extra moisture, and when water can’t escape, the roots get stressed really fast which makes the leaves look dull, dry, or wilted. I’d move it into a pot with a drain hole ASAP and use a light, airy mix. After that, let it dry out more between waterings. It should perk back up once the roots can breathe again.
