Browning and need space? Or… 💀?
My guy was once thriving green. Now, he's brown. Did he die? 🙈 I was thinking of
moving him to a bigger pot, but maybe it's already too late.
(I also don't know if Greg was able to correctly identify this plant. The suggested pictures never seemed to match well.)

6” pot without drainage

I don't know much about Peperomia @skyjaybird, but I'm fairly good with succulents in general and I assume it's either light stress (not really an issue) or over-watered. I'm really leaning towards over-watered. I noticed the card says the pot has no drainage so, if that's the case, that could be a factor as well. You might want to unpot and check the roots and stem for rot, then replace the pot to one with a drainage hole. Also, I think the ID is correct. It does look like a Pincushion/Green bean Peperomia (same plant, different name).
