I can’t really tell, maybe pot some more pictures of the whole plant and pot. Sometimes the pot will have mildew on it as well. Also, try cleaning the leaves with rubbing alcohol and a q tip. It will remove a lot of junk.

YouTube spider mites and aphids and so forth but more than anything they tell you how to disinfect your plants so you don’t get a mold and fungus is a real good YouTube video ￼
