First flowers in 8 years!

I was gifted this plant 8 years ago and it didn't grow for ages, so much I almost convinced myself it could be a great fake! But it's been growing steadily all year and this is my first ever sign of flowers! I wonder what colour they will be. #Hoya #waxplant

These plants in particular need a lot a lot of light to flower if this is the first year, it has been up against the window this is probably why you’re just now seeing growth keep it near a lot of light particularly bright indirect rather than direct blistering sunlight and it should flourish more flowers!😊
