@DexterousSucc Suzie this plant should be able to stay outside but if it’s not watered properly it could be from that. This plant I believe is a perennial and can be planted and left. To come back next year.
@DexterousSucc chrysanthemums love water from my experience. I used to grow them outside, but with our high temperatures I just couldn't afford the water to keep them going. They did perk back up shortly after watering though. Not sure about your weather, we just had about 13+/- days on the wrong side of 110
