@SolidlyFanpalm Did it have roots? Was it already in a pot and you repotted it? Plants can look sad and suffer from shock after getting repotted, if conditions are right for them, they can bounce back within a few weeks. But from your picture that soil you have looks far too heavy. Make sure to research was hydrangeas like and try to amend the soil with better drainage. If you can only get one kind, perlite will work! Best of luck 💕🌿
