What do yall know about vari. jewel orchids?
Mine specifically is tissue culture but I’m probably going to acclimate it the same way I do all my tcs.

Caring for a jewel orchid requires low indirect light, well-draining terrestrial soil, and consistent moisture. Unlike tree-climbing orchids, they grow on forest floors and are prized for their velvety, colorful leaves.
Light and Temperature
Light: Keep in low to medium indirect light. Direct sun will burn their delicate leaves. North or east-facing windows work best.
Temperature: Keep temperatures cozy between 65°F and 80°F. Protect them from cold drafts and sudden changes.
Soil and Watering
Soil: Use an airy, well-draining potting mix (such as a mix of standard potting soil with perlite or African violet mix) rather than chunky bark orchid mixes. Plant in wide, shallow pots.
Water: Water when the top inch of soil feels almost dry. Do not let them dry out completely, but avoid letting the pot sit in soggy water to prevent root rot. Use distilled water or rainwater if possible.
Humidity: They enjoy moderate to high humidity (50% to 80%), making them great candidates for terrariums or bathrooms, though they adapt well to normal room humidity.
Feeding and Maintenance
Fertilizer: Feed sparingly during the spring and summer growing season using a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to one-quarter or one-eighth strength, as they are sensitive to mineral buildup.
Pruning: They produce small flower spikes once a year. You can cut the flower spike off after the blooms fade to help the plant focus its energy on growing more of its stunning foliage.
