Drooping pickle
Hey. Rescued this poor sole from my mother. Any ideas how I can save him? Iβve cut one open and the pickles are pretty squidgy and wet inside. Thanks #PicklePlant #SadPlant

Ok so Iβm no succulent / cacti expert.. so hereβs a few π€© @SvelteKingfern @Charli3Plant @JenniferNoel !! I would start cleaning out any mushy or squishy bits. Those are unfortunately not coming back. Hopefully weβll have a few firm ones to work with π€©π±β¨ best of luck! Iβm sure weβll get you on the right track! @ModernBluegiant
@ModernBluegiant - Hi Natasha π
Unfortunately, the squishy, mushy pickles are overwatered and dying!
If I were you, Iβd repot it as soon as problem with fresh, dry succulent soil! Take off as much of the dead as possible! Even if the stems donβt have roots, if you stick them in succulent soil, they will regrow new roots! But I highly recommend a grow light because itβs a succulent plant which means it needs bright, direct light! If you donβt have a grow light, maybe a window sill! That will work as well!

@JenniferNoel THANK YOU!! For your imminent knowledge and wisdom π€©π±
@ModernBluegiant @Prentyce - Hereβs a pickle and a few other succulents that have broken off over time! I put them in a pot with some sandy like succulent soil and now they are growing roots! I only water a little bit once every 2 weeks or so!
The white pot sits on a west facing window sill and they love it! The little black pot is directly underneath the grow lights π
It can become a lot of work, but itβs very rewarding β€οΈ
