Aerial Roots?

They're just air roots. Even succulents do this from time to time.

Aerial roots maybe the way your succulent is trying to keep itself upright. I think this is what your plant is doing.
But, since Aerial Roots help the succulent absorb water and nutrients from the air, then the aerial roots may be a sign that your the roots on this succulent is not getting enough water or getting too much water.
Overwatering, cause root rot and deprive the soil of oxygen and nutrients. So it grows aerial roots to get extra oxygen and nutrients. It also will grows aerial roots when it’s being under-watered, trying catch water vapors in the air.
If your plant is root-bound it will also grow aerial roots, because its trying to absorb nutrients.
Your plant looks healthy, so I think it’s just trying to grow straight. But, be a detective and investigate. I hope your succulent will live long and prosper.
The roots are probably normal but it looks like it is getting elongated due to not enough light.
