Hybrid Alop Pup
I have never had a pup before, is this little guy big enough for his own pot? If so, how do I remove him? One of the aloe arms from the main plant had to be removed. Does that mean heβs not healthy enough?

Yay!! It's a happy plant! Great job taking care of it!
I would wait until the pup is at least 1/3 the size of the mother plant. Then, if you WANT to repot it, you'll need to sever it from its mother with a sharp knife and slice off the stem that has grown the pup -- just gently saw between the pup and the mother plant.
You don't have to wait until it's 100% heathy, a droopy leaf won't make much of a different. But letting it stay attached for as long as possible will produce a healthier pup.
Personally, I love a full pot! Let me see if I can find a picture of the one I just repotted.

@sarahsalith gave it to an office mate and told her not to plant until it scabs.
