this looks like an orchid to me just not in bloom!
i’m not sure if they are but in the picture it looks like there’s ice cubes in the bottom
if there are i would recommend taking those out as they can kill the orchid despite what it says on some of the plant tags orchids like most plants don’t like being watered with cold water and would prefer being watered about once every week with room temperature water and avoid watering in the middle of the plant where the leaves are and instead water at the base where the dirt is

@PoisonIvy23 ofc!! and yeah i’m not sure why on the card it says ice cubes maybe just because they want you to keep buying more after you kill them with the ice 😭
