One possibility (and this is something I only recently learned) is that summer is aeoniums' dormancy period. I couldn't figure out why my outdoor aeoniums looked so sad, while most of my other plants were shooting out new growth left and right ๐
In the older photo on the plant card, I noticed there were a few leaves turning black, which could be from overwatering (I know you said you don't water often, but non-porous pots like glazed clay hold onto moisture a lot longer, so it's still a possibility). Your plant card says the pot has drainage holes...do you have a saucer underneath? I never used to put them under my outdoor plants, until I read that diseases and pests can easily enter through the drainage holes ๐ฎ

Aeoniums go dormant in hot summer and don't look pretty. They will flourish November through February.
If you recently repotted it it won't be acclimating right in the heat. Best time to repot Aeoniums is late October or early November (depending on regional temps) I'm in Southern California.
You could move it inside by a sunny window to acclimate it until the heat passes but..
Aeoniums don't do very well as permanent indoor plants.
They like it cool temps and only need to be sheltered if the temps are under 30 at night for an extended time. A light frost is okay if they are a mature plant.
They love the outdoor natural rains in cooler weather! ๐ ๐ฆ
They also enjoy the outside breeze, some humidity and the seasonal tempurature fluctuations.
You can shade them outside in summer to prevent them getting totally shriveled & closed but they will still go semi-dormant.
I keep mine fairly dry in summer watering them sparing once every 3-4 weeks but when they start growing they will want water more often.
Hope the that helps! Happy growing ๐
