Yes! Unfortunately a string of buttons is EXTREMELY toxic to cats!
I have a BUNCH of plants that are toxic to animals and I have a cat as well! So I just make sure the plants are up high enough and the cat doesn’t jump on anything in the house! It’s a pain in the butt, but I’ve seen a few animals put to sleep over plants! It’s not a pleasant sight and I wouldn’t want you to experience it!
