Any suggestions to repot this beautiful rescue plant ?

She has at least one new big leaf , and roots are showing from the bottom, she is currently on a ceramic self watering pot with a plastic pot inside, current soil is a mixture of coco coir perlite and orchid bark for what I can see. I would also add and that she is my first alocasia ever ❤️ and my level of expertise with alocasias is low despite that she is thriving under my care. I would like to add that I heard these planta are drama queens 👸 and chose death over any inconvenience.
