The bad girl has yellowed her two oldest leaves, this one...

It might be because you water it from the top and the leaves get wet causing fungal issues and the holes I'm not completely sure
That looks more like shipping damage causing the lines on the leaf. And the hole was probably caused by the stake they put in the box.

The yellowing is caused by low humidity.

These require high humidity at least 50% humidity. Higherbis even better otherwise they are not happy.

I keep mine within 2 feet of a humidifier to keep her happy.
