What’s on my San Pedro cacti?
Help! I’m not very familiar with Cacti at all but I’m learning. My cousin gifted me San Pedro cacti for my birthday & shortly after receiving them, they started developing these spots which are starting to make it look worse and worse!
I have no idea what this is, so please share any/all ideas and recommendations because this is a super sentimental plant for me & I really don’t wanna lose them 😭

I zoomed in and took a peek. They look like regular physical damage. Sometimes, they can get bumped around but you don't see anything until later ... sorta like a bruise ... but it looks more like a scan when they are in cacti.
They won't recover, but with care they'll keep on growing. (: Very few cacti, in my experience, are blemish-free.
