Black Spots on Stalks?

#Taro I attempted to treat this poor dude for black spot using neem oil, but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference. I repotted into new all purpose soil, perlite, and orchid bark. Clooney here is a rescue from certain disposal, so I’m willing to try any suggestions!

@ArdentNeontetra okay, so I have an Alocasia Melo (your second and third pic look like mine) as well. And mine just started to bloom for the first time and those black spots showed up. I read that it is normal for those spots on the stems.the leaves though, that looks fungal. I would treat with a fungal spray. And alocasias are prone to… rot I guess. So just make sure your soil is well draining (sounds like it is) and you should be good to go. You won’t be able to save the leaves that are damaged, but new growth should look good
@TheOddAsity thank you so much!!!
@ArdentNeontetra I forgot the pics so you could see.
