Your plant appears to be an Aglaonema 'Stripes', you can tell by its rich green foliage and narrow, sparkling silvery-white stripes. There are different varieties,
Similar variegated varieties include 'Moonlight Bay' and 'Silver Bay'.
Light: This plant thrives best in medium to indirect light.
Care: Allow the soil to dry out between waterings to prevent root rot.
Because it has a compact, bushy habit, it stays relatively modest in size, making it great for tables or desks. However, under ideal conditions over several years, exceptionally healthy plants can occasionally push closer to 3 feet tall or even up to 4 feet tall if grown in very large floor pots with excellent indirect light.
Growth FactorsTimeframe: It is a slow-to-moderate grower that usually takes 3 to 6 years to fully reach its mature indoor size.
Leaf Size: While the plant itself stays compact, individual leaves can grow quite large, reaching up to 16 inches (35 cm) long.
Control: You can easily restrict its size by keeping it in a smaller pot, dividing the plant, or pruning it.

@2thasst2023 hi- Iβm not sure you are right. It looks similar to a Chinese Evergreen, but it doesnβt look look like a Peacock Ginger. They are 2 entirely different plant families.
Hi Pilar, Iβm going to add some hashtags to get more attention to your question. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantID #Aglaonema
@SillyPlantGirl , I didn't name the plant. I was answering their question π
