Hmm, personally, I would cut the pot. I feel like there would be less root damage that way 🤷‍♀️ gotta keep those roots lookin’ good! 😊 P. S. That is a beautiful alocasia! I am drooling over that color! Your Oasis is also just lovely!

Yep what she said that’s some serious #RootPorn and #rootbound I gotta ask ! How did you let that happen ? Also you should cut the bottom stragglers off to avoid ripping the big ones .

@ILoveMyPlants this was a nearly root-less rhizome when it went into LECA two months ago. It happened fast.
