Why is my aloe vera plant wilting?

Why is my plant flopping to both sides? I water it once every two weeks 1 1/2 cups. Im wondering if its the position to the window? But if its something else id like to know

Maybe too much water
First thing to consider are watering habits. Over or under watering can both lead to drooping. Check roots for rot. Too much light, changes in temperature, or even moving from one area to another can stress your plant out, causing drooping. Aloe also hates drafts. It really is a process of illumination to determine the culprit.
Maybe too much water? I only water mine every 4-6 weeksโ€ฆ.at which point I will totally saturate and allow to drain. (The brown spots on the ends are from breakage from the cat).
@Stall54Jo how do you know if the roots are rotting?
Sorry I'm just getting back to you. Work ugh! If your roots are rotted they will most likely be dark soft and mushy. Roots of any plant shout be firm and either white of off white in color
