Will my echeveria by okay without the farina?
My sister touched my Echeveria PVN and wiped some of the farina off. She just didn't know, and I told her what farina does, and she said she was sorry and won't do it again. But will the plant be okay with some of the farina wiped off?

Yes, your Echeveria should be fine! The farina (or powdery coating) protects against sunburn and moisture loss, but if only a small amount was wiped off, the plant can still thrive. Just keep it in a gentle light to avoid any sun damage on the exposed spots, and the plant will gradually produce more farina over time.
@USAGardenHub thanks! It won't be super sunny this winter, so it'll have time to heal.
@SimpleSucc Welcome to the Greg community! However, since farina plays the role of providing your succulents a natural layer of protection, removing it might expose them to dangers, like the hot sun in the afternoon, too much watering, pathogens, and even insects, so we really don't recommend removing them off from your succulents. The plant in the image is an Echeveria. Echeverias have a powdery coating called farina that helps protect the plant from sunburn and water loss. While some farina has been wiped off, the plant should be okay. However, it is important to avoid touching the plant in the future as this can damage the farina and make the plant more susceptible to sunburn and water loss.
