Is this a pest?

I walked past my ficus Altissima and I saw these, 2 different leaves.

I plucked them off cause I thought what the hell is a wood tick doing on my plant. The super close one is the underside of one.

Huh… that’s very odd I’ve actually never seen anything like it before. Google lens might be of use!
