I think my Dyonisos is a goner 😭

Question

I repotted it a week ago and put it away from the window and the grow light. I went away for a few days and I came home to this. The leafs are all falling off if I touch them and a lot of them look completely rotten. 
It seems like there is a white foamy thing on the stem... 
Is it still possible to nurse it back or is it done for?

I feel your pain I had that happen to me once. Now I spray my plants with an indoor bug ant anti fungus spray I got on Amazon. It looks like lack of water and sun though. Look for the organic spray don’t water anymore look and see if to root is brown or dark if it is it’s gone😔

Unfortunately, my plant has died the same way. I am sorry but we can’t save your Echeveria. It is rotting :(
