What should I do?

My dragon's tail went through a bout with root rot. I had her in a pot that ended up being too big trying to accommodate the moss pole I had. I removed her, cut away her roots, and attempted to start over. But she's been drooping over since. Should I chop more? I don't want to lose her. πŸ˜” #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #dragontailplant

Moss poles can be tied on the outside of the pot if you use double pots. And how much roots you removed? The entire roots?
@SpiffyGonolobus, I had to remove them all. They were pretty unhealthy. I have propagated before, though, and never saw this much droopage.
Oh no! It's ok, I had to do the same and start over with mine and propped. I just reported her.

I would suggest propping in perlite or fluval if you have it. Sprinkle some rooting hormone on it before propping and put it in a sunny place or put it near a grow light.
It's probably because it's a lot of shocked roots to a lot of plant. The smaller cuttings do better because they don't need to use all that much energy. If possible I would cut it down further into smaller pieces. I had a huge decursiva before I moved and had to start over. I just got a starter! Good luck! πŸͺ΄β˜ΊοΈ
