You can water them with whatever you feel! These guys are definitely pretty tough. I found several that had to have been abandoned for at least a year and they were overgrown in weeds and still managed to survive haha I happen to keep a bottle of purified water near my window where all my plants are just so I don’t have to keep going back and forth. On occasion I soak a banana peel in warm water for minimum 1 hour, and it makes my aloe go crazy. I do it about once a month, but even outside of fertilizing season it has great effects!
