When do I repot?
So i have had this Alocasia Melo propagating for about 2 weeks now and i started to get roots!! About how long do i have to wait to repot it into soil? And what kind of “soil” should i use? Should i transfer it into something semi-hydro like leca or pon? Also there’s about 1 inch of root growth as of right now. Any tips and tricks will be appreciated!! I am determined to keep this plant alive and happy:)

Maddie, before I give my opinion I just want you to know I’m no expert, but considering my plants are surprisingly alive I guess I’m not a failure. From what I have heard it is best to repot at 2 inches of root growth but it is not necessary. Also your plant likes well draining soil, I get mine from Amazon but I believe you can make it pretty easily. But you may want to wait for another opinion as like I said I’m no expert.
