What can I do to bring more of her pink out in the leaves...

Light is probably the most important variable for any plant, especially those with variegated leaves. What type of light is she exposed to?
@MamaLinne indirect light about 5 feet from windows. I wonder if my couch skews some of the light. Iโ€™ll move her and see if that helps. Thank you!
@Honybee how about watering schedule? These are notoriously slow growers so I use a weak fertilizer every time I water as well.
Bright, indirect light will for sure help it! And it needs a support pole! And like it was stated before, a very light water soluable fertilizer using the fertilizer will really help it!! Plus, when you can. Check the roots! If any of it is soggy, it needs to brbtrioff and cut off and away! Carmen
Light is where they get their energy from to grow faster and produce variegated leaves. Also a quarter diluted all purpose liquid fertilizer every time you water may help as well. Just make sure you flush the soil with water once a month to rid the soil of fertilizer salts. Or using organic fertilizer like earthworm castings is a great way to feed your plant without root burn. I use earthworm castings mixed in my chunky soil mix to feed my PPP and use an aroid fertilizer with a low NPK of 3-1-2 to reduce burn as well.
