I'm not sure what these little black things are around my cactus. Overall the cactus is really happy and doesn't seem like mold.

Very strange, looking for sure. You can take a small soft bristle brush and see if they come off. There are a few things that this could be. If it is soft when you poke it, think fungus. Remove the area and allow it to heal. If fungal rot is suspected, also change out your soil and sanitize the pot. If the dots are hard, this could be where there was once a flower or one yet to come. Physical damage to the skin can release a substance as well that will harden. Hope this helps a little @wisteralunette.
I don’t know much about this cactus so I can’t help you but they do look like dried flowers. Here’s a pic of one of my cactus if it helps. Sorry.
