Philodendron leaves turning white

What causes a philodendron to turn white like this? I think it’s in a pot that’s too small. Have been waiting to repot. Could that be it?
1ft to light, indirect
Last watered 3 months ago
Were they white initially? Cuz if they came out like this it just means it’s getting a good amount of sun.
However, I can see that your white leave has some brown spots. They look a bit like sun damage I think, or maybe overwatering. Can you put your plant profile to see your plant’s conditions?
Yes they were white when received. I have only had it about 4 weeks.
@AstroMind I added it!
Oh my. That’s a dense boi!
Are any roots popping from the bottom? Just because of how dense it it it could be root bound, which would explain the spots.

And it says it does not have a drainage hole? Please do have a drainage whole cuz that may be another reason as to why it’s having those brown spots due to overwatering and hopefully not root rot.
