Birds Of Paradise Roots ?

Recently, the roots of my Bird of Paradise have been growing a lot. Do you think they look healthy? Should I repot it? Even though it's producing new leaves, one of the bottom leaves has started to turn yellow.

@PlantGirlKeiKei They don't look different. It's just that even though it's been a week since the last time I watered it, the roots still look moist. I'm not sure if that's normal.
@PlantGirlKeiKei Yes I think so. I think it's time for repotting. I was considering postponing it for another year because I was afraid of stressing the plant, but it has been growing really fast.
