Hello! Welcome to the #GregGang To me it looks like its time to propagate it. I'm pretty sure it has root rot.. If you propagate it, then you'll have many smaller plants and it will look bushier. @SapientCyclamen Hi Laura- how to know when it’s time to water your plant? The leaves will get soft and not hold their form well when it is overwatered. Always make sure the soil is dry before you water it. I would repot it and trim it down so the plant doesn’t have that much to take care of. When you repot it do check for root rot like Carmen suggested. If it does have squishy brown or yucky smelling roots, clip those off and only leave the ones that are white or cream colored and give her some fresh soil. She would appreciate it very much I bet!
