I JUST repotted my aloe (a tad late in KY) in succulent/c...
underpotting is fine, when they totally outgrow their pots the above-ground growth will slow down significantly and theyll either take foreverrrr to get thirsty or theyll start getting thirsty way faster than usual. if you cant get a bigger pot that accommodates all the roots you can always just trim some of them off (preferably the older ones, if youre able to identify them). since its hot out (im assuming) its prob best to just leave it alone for now to reduce the stress its under. but if it starts struggling go ahead and size up
@Xer0 you have a different kind of aloe. I have a couple of these. These are my aloes with personality ๐คฃ
@planthoe40 OHHH, I never knew there was different species! So I assume she will remain this size?
@Xer0 she's a thick one for sure! I don't know her scientific name, but we have a lot of variety for sale here at our local stores.
@Xer0 yes there are several different versions of aloe. @TidyDuwei26 i believe it's a candelbra aloe.
@Xer0 I would put her in a smaller pot ๐คทโโ๏ธ @Idplantthat what do you think
