Did they go right to brown or did they go greenish before turning brown? White to green to brown is typically the normal aging process. If they went right to brown it could be low humidity, overwatering, or direct sunlight.
Make sure you don’t have it right by an air conditioning vent or heater. Although they do turn brown after have been green and white a month or so. Also, I had to replant mine in fresh new soil for nutrients, then started adding some room temperature, very watered down coffee as a fertilizer during its scheduled water cycle every 12 weeks and it loved that. Started producing green leaves standing straight up and lily sprouts from all over the place.
that is normal for them to turn brown. they only bloom during a certain period, and when it is time for them to bloom, the blooms don’t last forever, they usually only last for 1-2 weeks, before they shed pollen, turn green, and then turn brown and crispy, and then new blooms replace the old ones that have died off, restarting the cycle.
