On a personal level, I don't have any experience lol - However, I did find these instructions about it: Short answer, yes, you can propagate!

Propagate your fishbone prayer plant (Ctenanthe burle-marxii) via stem cuttings or root division. Cut a 4โ€“6 inch stem with at least 2โ€“3 nodes. Root them in water or damp sphagnum moss, keeping them in a warm, humid spot with bright, indirect light. Pot in well-draining soil once roots reach 1โ€“2 inches long.

Step-by-Step Propagation Methods
1. Stem Cuttings (Water Method) Take the Cut: Select a healthy stem and use clean, sanitized shears to make a clean cut about 1 inch below a leaf node (the bumpy joint where leaves attach).

Prep the Cutting: Remove the lower leaves so no foliage sits below the water line, preventing rot.

Optional: Dip the cut end in Rooting Hormone to speed up the process.

Submerge & Wait: Place the cutting in a glass of room-temperature, filtered water. Change the water weekly. Roots will typically emerge within 2 to 4 weeks.

Plant in Soil: Once the roots are 1-2 inches long, transplant the cutting into a small pot with a well-draining, peat-heavy Houseplant Soil mix.

2. Root Division (Best for Mature Plants) Unpot: Gently slide your mature Ctenanthe out of its current container and brush away excess soil to reveal the root system.

Divide: Identify natural clumps that have independent stems and healthy root structures. Use a clean, sharp knife to slice the root ball apart, ensuring each section has its own root and foliage.

Repot: Plant each new section in individual pots with fresh soil and water thoroughly.

Post-Propagation Care: For the first few weeks after potting, keep your new cuttings in a highly humid area (you can cover the pot loosely with a clear plastic bag to lock in moisture) and ensure the soil remains consistently moist while they adjust. Place them in bright, indirect sunlight, keeping them away from harsh, direct rays.
Ok!! Thanksssss
I have no idea. I have a different kind of prayer plant that I just took a cutting off and am experimenting with! Iโ€™ll keep you updated if it survives ๐Ÿ˜‚. As the previous commenter stated, I cut in between 2 nodes and popped it in some water
