@plantLadyoJxx What a beautiful Kalancho! You're doing a great job! 👍 Yes, absolutely normal! Flowers don't last forever. You can help the plant produce more blooms by pinching off the dead flowers down to the first set of good leaves. It's called "Deadheading"
