Hello, why some of the leaves turn dry? Do I cut the dry ...

#Dracaena
6ft to light, indirect
9” pot without drainage

You need drainage in the pot.
Yes, cut the end or the leaf.
Water only when needed.
You can cut the dry ends off for aesthetics, just don’t cut into the green. Always leaves a tiny border of crisp when cutting it off.
Also other potential modifications, depending on the direction of the nearest window it is not getting enough light. 6 ft indirect is great if it’s a south window, but a north window or potentially east will essentially be low to no light.
These plants are sensitive to fluoride which will cause brown tips. Use distilled water or rainwater. Brita pitcher will not work.
Lastly if the pot has no drainage the plant will yellow and droop from no airflow and root rot. Always use a pot with drainage or keep plants in their nursery pot and use cover pots for support and aesthetics.
