Why is are my snake plant leaves curling in?

I have recently noticed the leaves of my snake plant have begun to curl inwards. I water regularly using the app, and the plant sits a few inches from a western-facing window #SnakePlant
1ft to light, indirect
8” pot with drainage

Usually this is from under watering. My snake plant is weird because it’s supposed to go two weeks between watering but it’s totally dry before then. The app is just a guide. Feel the soil and if it’s really dry, give it a drink. It could also be a humidity issue but don’t mist it. You can put a tray with rocks or pebbles and water in it. Set the pot on the tray but don’t let it touch the water.
Also a west facing window provides a lot of light for a snake and that may increase its water needs.
@SunSoilLove wow the window is western facing, it’s in my office, which is fairly dark. The neighboring house blocks a lot of the afternoon sun.
Under watering likely. West is also a LOT of sun for a sansevieria and will increase water needs.

I’d gradually move to a little less light and only water when the feet are dry. These have very very tiny but thorough roots and don’t like to sit in water. When they’re dry though they’re READY for water. Give it a gooooood soak and let the water run through the whole pot. Then put back once the drips stop and re-water when it gets dry again.
