When should I repot?

This Sedish Ivy is the easiest plant πŸͺ΄ is have. Im newnto plants and have re-potted him once. When do I re-pot again? #greggers #happyplants #greggang #newplantmom

@ExactSpangletop ooh, what a beauty! Such a lovely shade of green 🀩 I’m no expert, but I think it’s pretty safe to say whenever he doubles in size or shows signs of being root bound (when his roots are filling the pot). Some signs of root bound plants include: roots coming out of the drainage holes, you seem to be watering more frequently, and the soil seems to dry out quicker than usual.
I have a large Swedish Ivy and for such fast growing and large plants, they have tiny roots and from my experience aren’t fast at filling up a pot! I repotted when I started to have to waster every few days and when I repotted it, I was so surprised with the low level of root boundness (That’s not a word but I’m going to roll with it). @DreamMachine has some great signs of when it is time for a repot.
