It might need a smaller pot and more light. They’re pretty light-hungry! Mine didn’t start thriving until I put it in a south window. Is your potting soil well draining?

@MamaLinne yes. It’s cactus mix with extra perlite. It’s in a south window with a grow light on it as well. 😭
