Can you share pictures? If you’re refering to sprouts (pups) these will sprout once the plant is mature.
@ZealSpinach13 Since you have no pictures I’m going to assume you are referring to more baby plants starting ? If so they won’t they just get taller and fill out top more . If I misunderstood please provide a picture to better help you. Don’t prune it will grow with bright indirect light.
Looking at your plant profile- you have Cornstalk Dracaena- is that the plant you’re referring to? I notice that your plants are indoors in pots with no drainage. Dracaena need good soil that drains- adding perlite and or pumice work great. They also need pots that drains. As for pups- my oldest Dracaena is 12 years old and got its first pup last year.
