Couple of questions, how often are you watering and how much light does it get? Leaves will naturally release water, especially in the mornings, but if it’s constantly, you may be watering too often or the soil holding too much moisture. Is it truly in carnivorous mix like your card says? Straight peat? And these plants should get quite a bit more light than being 16’ from a window- mine are under grow lights.
