Is my plant dying ?

Hi Everyone! I’m extremely new to keeping plants and I recently got this beautiful Cordyline fruticosa (pink diamond) only two weeks ago and it has little yellow spots, yellowing on the end of the leafs and random holes. If anyone can tell me how to fix it it would be greatly helpful. #TiPlant #Cordyline #TheThread #help

Some of the leaves on my Ti plant are doing the same thing! I wondered if maybe I over watered. Mine are outside on my south facing wood deck. It gets really hot on the deck so I thought I was doing the right thing with more water. Hopefully, someone will have an answer.

I have a Ti and she will often drop a leaf or two as she’s pushing out new growth. She seems to enjoy the humidity and heat, but has thrived in indirect light.
