Nah. Just let them grow. If they start rotting then cut them back so it doesn’t spread. Btw, where does everyone get such beautiful sarracenia?
I would remove the ones that detract from the beauty of the overall plant.

@BojeeMoon Hi Harvest, I think only for ascetic reasons you may want to cut them off but personally I just leave them on. You might be able to deter your cat by using strong smelling substances near your Sarracenia. I agree that @Merranda is great when it comes to the care of sarracenias
Hi! You can remove them if you'd like. If it has caught anything, leaving those pitchers will let the plant continue to get the energy from those bugs that it's consumed. It's not going to negatively effect the plant though if you remove the pitcher :)
@Fireplace I get mine in the UK from south west carnivorous plants. Always well packaged etc
